Welcome to the Albany Park First Class Learning Centre! Students of all ages attend our dedicated tuition centre. Our powerful learning programmes are designed to meet the objectives of the National Curriculum and we cater for learners aged 4 to 16 years old.
Every child who wants to join us completes a detailed maths and English assessment with the Centre Manager – who has extensive experience in teaching. We provide detailed feedback and create personalised maths, English and science learning programmes that target your child's individual learning needs.
The Albany Park Centre Manager works alongside their staff to support your child's learning. We help to build confidence, knowledge and understanding as well as help your child to develop independent learning skills.
We also offer additional personalised packages for students taking SATs and GCSEs. These programmes include further time at the centre and the use of exam-relevant past and mock papers to develop exam technique and confidence.
Benedicta will call you to discuss how we can help your child with maths, English or science. They will then assist your child to complete an assessment to determine which path is most suitable for them. Once we have established your child's needs, we will put together a bespoke course of action that will support and encourage your child's learning. If you feel happy with our plan and that we are the best option for you and your child, they will then be able to start attending regular classes at the centre or online. In these classes they will complete a short piece of work which will be marked, returned and discussed with the Centre Manager, who will give them a detailed programme of homework to be completed before the next class. As an Ofsted registered centre, parents can make considerable savings* through various schemes such as: Childcare Vouchers, Tax-Free Childcare, Universal credit and Working Tax Credit. *Savings depend on individual circumstances and are not guaranteed.
