Maths and English Tuition at Carshalton
Welcome to the Carshalton First Class Learning Centre. We support children in the local community with both maths and English tuition. Students of all ages attend our study centre at the Riverside Centre in Culvers Avenue. We cater for learners from Early Years and primary through to 11-plus, SAT and GCSE.
Our expert Centre Managers support your child's learning in maths, English or both subjects together in order to help with their school studies, build confidence and develop independent learning skills. Our English and maths programmes are tailored to learners' individual needs so students move on only when they are confident with a topic. At First Class Learning we believe in 1% steps to100% success.
How we work
Salome will call you to discuss how she can help your child with maths or English. she will then assist your child to complete a free maths and English assessment to determine which path is most suitable for them. Once she has established your child's needs, she will put together a bespoke course of action that will support and encourage your child's learning. If you feel happy with her plan , your child will then be able to start attending regular classes at the centre or online. In these classes they will complete a short piece of work which will be marked, returned and discussed by the experienced tutors , who will give them a detailed programme of homework to be completed before the next class.
